Helping people regain their independence and confidence is what drew me to physiotherapy. I focus on treating causes rather than simply managing symptoms, because long-term results come from understanding why a problem developed in the first place. Every patient has their own story, goals and needs, so I listen first and then build a plan that fits them, whether they are recovering from surgery, returning to sport, or rebuilding confidence in their body.
My work is shaped by my own active life. I grew up in Bielsko-Biała, Poland, surrounded by the Beskid Mountains, where I spent my youth playing competitive basketball before falling in love with trail running and spending time in nature. Outside the clinic you'll find me weightlifting, doing CrossFit, or running in the mountains - and I'm always up for something new, whether that's yoga or cross-country skiing. All of this helps me understand what movement means to the people I treat, and what it takes to get them back to it.
